Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Expense management
  • Payroll processing
  • Payroll taxes and quarterly reporting
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Daily invoicing
  • Human Resource functions
  • Efficiency improvements

The ideal candidate will possess great organizational and time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. 3-5 years previous experience and proven attendance are required. Experience in HR a plus.
